A particularly interesting aspect of our production is represented by the limited regime of collectable wines, obtained either by natural aging of a speciffic variety or by carefully blending different grapes, marketed under a registered mark and wrapped in a unique package design.
VIA DE LA CRUCE
Via de la Cruce is a 10 years old natural aged Traminer wine whose rose like subtle aroma has emerged along side its full bodied bouquet.
This wine has been produced by the „ice” wines technique, the grapes being plucked fully ripen after the first frost of the year 2000.
The name literally means „Vineyards at The Cross” sending us back to the ORIGINS of this noble occupation in Panciu.
